Paul is absolutely wonderful. I emailed him -- via their website -- Friday after working hours, and he responded to my email within an hour. The problem with my car was that the interior fan was not working, so I could not feel cool air when I turned on the air conditioner. Rather than charge me for a non-functioning blower motor or non-functioning air conditioner, Paul was impeccably honest. All that needed to be replaced was a small part - the resistor in the blower motor. Paul and his employees are people you can trust. I noticed many of his customers are elderly persons ... probably loyal customers of many years. Paul is loyal to his customers and they are loyal to him. I'll be taking my car to Paul for years to come. Thanks, Paul ... you've got a big heart! more
