I didn't recognize the pharmacist who was there at 11AM this morning. We dropped off prescriptions at the drive up window and returned for it about 35 minutes later only to be informed that it wasn't ready yet. I asked for it back so we could take it somewhere else, and he told us "that it was already in the system and he could have it ready for us in 10-15 minutes" or that we could have another pharmacy transfer it"....more time wasted! He could have filled it right then while we waited, I consider him unhelpful and inefficient and will not be going back there.
