It wasn't the economy that forced me to file bankruptcy it was my bad decisions. I was an impulse buyer and lived pay check to pay check. That is no way to live realistically in this day and age. Once I could no longer make my minimum payments I knew I was in trouble. I tried talking to a debt counselor and they said I owed too much for them to consolidate my debt and he recommended me to file bankruptcy. I asked who I should go to and he said John Orcutt. So I made an appointment and put my financial problems to bed.
