Everything about this hotel was more than satisfactory. I received a call alerting me that check-out time had elapsed (11:00). I said I thought it would be noon, like almost every other hotel I stayed in and the front desk said no problem, when can I be ready? The people at the front desk were also helpful in giving me directions to certain stores.
