My experience has been HORRIBLE with C & H. On 03-03-11 I paid $400 for a used engine that will not run for more than 10 minutes. They tried to add on ADDITONAL CHARGES when I picked the motor up saying that I had only paid $300 and need to pay The other $100. Luckily I brought my recipt or I would've been SCAMED out of another hundred bucks. I have yet to recieve a replacement/REFUND. When I called to try to make compensation arrangemnets the receptionist was VERY RUDE and UNCARING, She's unable to produce any words outside of "We'll have um call you back".
