I called to inquire about a deal I saw for these guys from Living Social. I was asking about pricing and she was contradicting herself and kept putting me on hold. It was like she could get her story straight. Finally she asked to put me on hold again I said - no, I'm on my cell phone and it was costing me minutes, just answer the question and she said I would have to come in for a consultation and hung up on me.
