I booked a party that they had at the MVP location. When I arrived at 1:45 the location was not set up. I asked if it would be set up by 2:00 and the jump houses would be up and going. They informed me of course. While waiting in their small waiting room it was 2:05 and I had to ask what was going on, no one bothered to inform me. At 2:10 they stated we could walk back there a few of the bounces houses were up and running. When we got in there the kids started jumping and two of the bounces collapsed with kids inside and the workers did not even try to help get them out it was all the parents attending the party. Now we were down to just one bounce house but shortly they got the two that went down back up and running and they told us it was safe. They were still working on the other two that were still not up. The two we were told were safe went down again. At this point I asked to speak to the manager that no one got for me or told me she was in the room until I walked back up to the front. When I found out she was in the room I advised her I think I might have to move my party, she said well I guess I can give you back your deposit. No one ever even said sorry or tried to help. Here is my son’s birthday party that is not going to happen because of Lets Jump inability to have their equipment running correctly. I had to move my party to another location and luckily I had parents that were willing to go somewhere else but no help from Let's Jump staff or any type of understanding for what I was going through. I also asked the manager to have the owner call me and she said would try to have him call me on Monday or Tuesday and I have not heard from him yet and I even called back.
