We were pleased with Essentials overall, but I was extremely unhappy with one of the hair stylists there. My sister had her hair done with one of the women, and she was shown a picture of what she wanted (of herself with the same hairdo) and the woman doing her hair flattened the top and curled the bottom then refused to fix my sister's hair unless she was going to pay more money! The makeup was great, and everyone who had theirs done was very pleased. Lilly was fantastic for the bridal makeup. One of the nail techs was good, but the other was just ok, and complained the entire time about how she was too tired during the manicure and pedicure. I don't know think I'd go back for nails or hair again.
