They have an incompetent staff and a double-talking manager. They have caused tremendous damage to my pool and are unwilling to take responsibility. Instead I am just handed a bunch of excuses. You are far better off investing in some good equipment and cleaning the pool yourself. Local vendors have a negative opinion of this company as well.
