I have been to viziato years ago as a gift from my mother. So, I thought it would be a fun treat to take a friend there for some pampering. We had the most expensive pedicures on the "menu".
The massaging chairs were nice, but no one ever offered us even a glass of water! For a spa, that seemed odd. I've been offered water and wine during a 3 minute wait at other spas. The nail technician was very inexperienced, and we did not get the "deep tissue massage" that was supposed to be included with the pedicure. I felt like I wasted my money, and if I went back, I would get the cheapest pedicure. I'm sure it would be the exact same thing.
