Took my vehicle in to get an estimate for rear brake pad and rotor replacement. Firestone was one of five quotes received and double the price of the next highest quote.
The fact that they were double the price was a bit ridiculous but that's why you have a few others quote. The thing I disliked the most was the lack of professionalism from the staff. Very condescending, treating me like I didn't know what was going on. I've done this work myself prior to living in the city(don't have a garage anymore) so I didn't appreciate the salesman eluding to the fact that I wouldn't make it across the street without crashing.
Avoid these guys when possible, overpriced and not looking out for your best interests.
