I appreciated the excellent customer service that Gabriel Lopez and Gary (Service Advisors), and Andrea (the check-in/greeter?) gave when I brought my car in for service. It's nice that they remember me; it makes my visit for service less stressful 'cause I feel like I'm in good hands.
