We resided at the Fairway Apartments for two years. In our two years never once were we late for a payment or utility bill, nor recieve any complaints about us in general. In my regards we are the perfect tenants. Keeping this in mind we have no reason to NOT be honest when we review this as being THE WORST EXPERIENCE RENTING EVER!!!!! \r
The office people in general are totally unprofessional in every regard. They answer the phones rarely and when they do you are prone to getting a ""Hello"" as the answered greeting. They even dress unprofessional. On many ocassions they have been seen wearing VERY low cut shirts and blouses. Showing alot of skin...and tattoos. On one trip I got a very pleasant shot of the leasing managers thong as she bent over to retrieve a package. I could see how this was possible since she was wearing a neon purple Tu-tu! What the hell?!? \r
Work orders being placed were rarely ever followed through and multiple calls were needed to complete the work order. This is all due to the office being completely unorganized. The apartments are poorly ventilated and have a SERIOUS BLACK MOLD issue. I brought this up to the powers that be there and they were reluctant to admit it and offered carpet cleaning once. \r
Soliciting is a serious problem as I have caught MANY illegal scam operations dead in their tracks at my door way. Security is almost non-existant and break ins for fellow residents as well as car break-ins and vandalizations were common in the warmer months. I would have been able to keep a better eye on our own vehicle except they gave me a parking space (not in the apt numbered spot) but ALL THEY WAY DOWN THE STREET and out of view from my one window or doorways. \r
They get you on the way in with a low cost move in rate...this says sucker....why? cause when you move out they charged me for the replacement of over three years old carpet with a mold problem and a 55 dollar cleaning fee despite the fact I was scrubbing that place on my hands and knees to a sparkle before we left. Total bill for move out that we owed close to 400 dollars. When I pressed to ask why so much...I got the run around from thee office...even rudely spoke to. All while trying to get some inncocent information to the total expenses. It got to the point where I had my husband call (bad day for them I assure you). All in all there are so many other things I could mention its not even funny...its SAD. They are a poorly ran organization and should be avoided at all cost.\r
\r
Again AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
