My wife needed a new windshield as hers was spidered. I called a national chain and a few other places. My deductible was too high, so I had to pay out of pocket. Spencer Auto Glass was the cheapest, so I said what the heck. \r

They set up an appointment to come out to my wife's work... NEXT DAY. They called in the morning with a time that wouldn't work for my wife's schedule. She asked if they could come earlier, thinking to herself, no way that will happen. Low and behold the person answering the phone said ""let me see what I can do."" What... really... you're going to try and help us... SWEET!!! The tech was able to come earlier and replace the windshield. He explained to my wife what he did, allowed her to ask questions and was nothing but professional. I am so glad that we went local for this. I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else. Thank you for making this bummer of a situation actually bearable.\r
