I echo the previous review. Awful customer service. We were told the mobile service would be at our home to replace a window between 2 and 4. At 5pm, they still hadn't showed, or called for that matter. We called at 5:15 and were told they were two minutes away. Forty-five minutes later, still no word. In the end, we had called their customer service line 7 times, were told twice that we'd get a call back, which we never received. Finally, at 7:40pm, and our last call to customer service, we were told our appointment had been rescheduled for the following day. We never received a call letting us know of the rescheduling, or an apology call for that matter. I would've hated to experience what the replacement service would have been!
