I called this company because the ad said ""no service call charge, free estimate"". The serviceman was close by and came within the half hour. He went right to work, dumped my wet clothes on the floor, knocked around and said my dryer needed tuning up. Did not say how much it would cost but at the end said I owed $180. My complaint is that he did not give me the price ($180 seems steep for a dryer tune up) prior to going to work. He also replaced the new alum. piping which he managed to dent during the knocking/bumping around. He also took it upon himself to put company sticker inside my fridge (which I promptly removed). Next time, I'll pay to have a service call repair estimate. Then I will decide whether or not my appliance is worth fixing or not.
