The service at this RC Willey was absolutely miserable. They sold us a headboard that was missing the legs. We called in and they ordered the missing parts and told us to pick them up. We got there and were informed they wanted us to pay for the part they left out of our order. We escalated to the manager of the store, the national customers service etc. and they all said they understood we shouldn?t have to pay but were unable to wave the fee themselves. Finally as we were about to leave the store after an hour and a half of being sent in circles with employees in the store and on the phone we got a call saying they could wave the fee for the parts they didn?t give us. While some of the staff was good others were rude and they all prioritized salesmen?s requests over ours despite our long wait.\r

It is not uncommon for someone to forget to include parts in a package but to take nearly two hours to get the parts released after they already have them in the store is pretty unforgivable.\r

The only redeeming virtue of the trip is that the complimentary hot dogs were very well seasoned.
