Had a problem with clogged pipes on Saturday, 4/30/2011 and called Roto-Rooter. The dispatcher scheduled a service call and kept me informed throughout the day when the plumber was to arrive. The plumber, Michael, in Colorado Springs identified both of my issues and proceeded to solve the problems in a timely manner. He was very thorough in finding the problem, explaining what needed to be done and executing the service. He was neat respectful and cleaned up after himself.
