I recently ran into some bad computer trouble and noticed that the Staples down the street from my house was doing computer work. I took my computer in and the tech guy told me that my computer did not actually have a virus but a bad hard drive. I went ahead and let them replace the drive. They even were able to save some of my documents all for a really fair price! The techs were knowledgeable and very good at explaining what my options were in plain English. In all the process was painless and very fast, especially when comparing to my previous experiences at Best Buy. Quality computer service is hard to find, honest service is even harder, these guys have both.
