I recently purchased a used vehicle from Bill Marsh Ford through E bay. When I came and inspected the vehicle the customer service I received was Excellent! My salesman ( Joe and Julies) were so friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was buying. I left Bill Marsh with a great feeling about the used vehicle (No Warranty) I purchased. The following day I took my new vehicle in due to a temperature Gage issue. My mechanic informed me that the problem with the vehicle was a blown head gasket! This repair was going to cost $2600!! Remembering the great people at Bill Marsh I phoned them to let them know what was happening. Not even 24hours later my vehicle was in the shop getting a new engine thanks to them! This dealership does not only provide exceptional customer service but also peace of mind. They did not have to agree to help me in any way, but they did.
