At first visit, unbeknownst to me, L put blonde colorant on my dark brown hair and then was surprised when it didn't look any different. When she generously redid it with some suggestions from other staff and myself, she missed a big chunk in the front of my hair. Now I have violet red hair with a half inch golden brown chunk in the front. Not sure how to fix it, but clearly I don't want to go back and see what new mistake they'll make.
