In April of 2011, my two dogs needed yearly shots. I arrived at the vet 7 minutes before opening. The door was open so I walked in. After waiting at the counter for several minutes, Dr. Pfouts came into sight, looked at his watch and said, "Well God Da**, you're a little early, aren't you?" WOW!! Good morning to you too, sunshine! My youngest dog went back, then my eldest. When he saw her, he said, "Well! Look how fat she is! Oh! Look at you. She must've gotten her body from you!" He REAKED of whiskey. \r

The prices are GREAT. But, I will NEVER return here. I wish I would've dealt with the fabulous office staff before this a-hole.\r
