Car claim was handled very well by everyone, prompt and
professional service from the claim office, Connie's office, and Knob Hill.
My only complaint was too many phone calls from the claims office, the shop,
and your office during and after the claim to check in on progress and
check in on me. I felt could have had fewer progress check-up calls.
