Have been using Touching Hearts a few years now and am pleased. The staff is very helpful in answering any questions or concerns they, my mom or me would have. They also try very hard to match a client with a caregiver and if for some reason the fit is not right, they will find the right fit. Everyone's needs are different. -- Mary --
