To be perfectly honest, I originally switched to GEICO for the cost savings, which is pretty significant. But when I also learned that they have a local office, I made full use of that. The Tempe office has always delivered the best customer service and been able to answer all my questions. I recently had an accident, nothing major, but still needed to be towed. My first call was to the local office in Tempe. They immediately directed me to the people at GEICO I needed to speak with and then followed up a couple days later to make sure everything was getting taken care of to my satisfaction. Just great service all the way around.
