Having to have any unexpected Medical Exam is a scary experience. The registration staff and the US tech were great. Really answered my questions and put me at ease.\r
Within a month my medical claim was processed. I received my first bill from TRA 3/18. On 4/15 I received my EOB from my insurance to confirm the billing for my 2/14/11 date of service. I never received another statment from TRA. I called and paid my balance in full - 4/28 (over 300 dollars). On May 4th I received a COLLECTION LETTER - I was turned over to collection. Needless to say I am furious and will never use TRA services again. A BAD BILLING EXPERIENCE RUINED THE GREAT CLINICAL CARE I RECEIVED!!!!
