The customer service is very poor and not professional. I scheduled my first appointment via e-mail. When I called at the appointment time, it's shown that no appointment was made. Then, the admin gave me incorrect legal advice. Finally, I got to talk to Margaret and Lori. Lori seems very knowledge. Margaret made a statement that I thought to be very interesting... ""I am always late anyway."" I was promised a follow up appointment for clarafication. I scheduled a follow up appointment. The day before the appointment time; I received a reminder call, which is a good sign. At the appointment time when I called, Lori was on the phone and not available to take my appointment. Also, the admin couldn't find the record that I have paid the consultation fee. $150 is over-priced anyway. \r

I would not recommend this place to anyone. How the office functions is how the lawyers function. Will go get second opinion on my questions...
