I've been a patient for close to 30 years. My wife and four (now grown) kids are also patients. I have NEVER had to wait for more than a few minutes. I have never had any complaints and they are always fun but professional. As you can imagine, between the 6 of us we have had it all done. When the kids were little they would post pictures of each of the kids up on a wall in the hallway. They knew us all by sight, and it was like one big happy family. They always knew what the kids were up too and always enjoyed getting updates during each visit. Their work is top notch and is always done with as little discomfort (if any) as possible.
