I used to be a dukes customer once a week at least in 2009 i noticed a run down mechanical issue and poor ownership. Employee:s even complained about the conditions there. Then in march around the 15th of 2011 the place had smiling salesmen and a fully staffed crew from my understanding they are in a transition of getting back to fully touchless. The manager Michael was very pleasant and gave me a discount. GOOD PLACE NOW !
cyclone arches are amazing and the towel dryers are always thanking me for coming back. My Bentley will alway's go there
