My husband and I joined a few months ago. Mike took it very seriously and went religiously 2 times per week and watched what he ate. He has lost 25 pounds so far and has really toned his body. I just started treating it like a mandatory appointment and have attended 4 sessions in the past 10 days. I have lost 7 pounds since start...ing 3 weeks ago. This training reminds me very much of a high school sport practice where you are pushed to your limit in a group setting. It is only about 30 minutes of actual circuit training and it goes by quickly because you rapidly change from one exercise to the next. You couldn't get results like this spending 2 hours in the gym. The next 1-2 days you will feel sore and start to notice muscles all over your body. They also set you up online with a variety of tools to keep you motivated, eating healthy and have grocery store tours so you know what types of foods to buy. A great overall experience and plenty of times to meet anyone's schedule.
