I dropped my vehicle off without an appointment and before your service dept was even open there was an arriving consultant who was eager to inquire about what I was there for. She hadn't even settled into her area before taking care of me and getting me on my way. That was big. I don't remember her name, the card she gave me is at home, but her office is on the right side of the island to the left if you're facing that particular island.
