Ok, so I haven't gotten my clubs yet, so I can't talk about the end of the story, but I can talk about the beginning.
Poor customer service is one of my pet peeves, so when I experience top notch customer service, I'm happy to talk about it. My initial experiences with Golf Express, to include "The other Josh," Ann Musselman, and Josh himself, have been terrific. Trust me, I wouldn't be driving all the way down to Bonita if it hadn't been. Not enough characters left to continue.
