Since my husband and I stopped into Tryg's one night for a late dinner, I have been meaning to write a review about the great food and atmosphere. I loved the Salmon Cakes on the Fennel-Apple Arugula Salad, the Ratatouille that my husband ordered was right, great fish and wild rice, and the ice cream sundae was a nice ending that was not too much after all the delicious flavors. The drinks were good too. We did wait awhile for our first drink and that is the only complaint, as I try to find one. However, we were able to speak with one of the chef's who we know is a fantastic chef and that was also fun. We absolutely enjoyed our experience. It was a perfect stop on a cold night. Now, as it getting nice out, we are looking forward to visiting again. They have the wood fire area and some outdoor seating.
