One of the worst places for customer service in Nashville, if not the entire country. Walked in to buy some small electronics parts. The man behind the counter acted as if I had just insulted him by walking in. Then he gave me the wrong parts (they were wire terminals. Not exactly uncommon parts). To top it all off, I had to wait over 10 minutes while he took a personal phone call before he would finish ringing me up. And not only that, I way over paid for the parts. RUN FROM THIS PLACE. It's easier and cheaper to order online.
