I took my sister here to get wheels for her car. The salesman was very eager at first. Then she picked out the ones she wanted. We were told it wouldnt take to long if we wanted to wait. Four hours later we were on our way. We get 5 miles down the road and the steering wheel starts vibrating(pretty bad at times). I call the next morning to see if i could get it looked at. Man on the phone said sure just bring it in and we'll take care of it. Next morning we get there as soon as it opens. 2 hours later the main guy (josh) drives the car and says there is nothing wrong. We persist that there is a reason for a vibrating steering wheel. Evidently Josh missed out of balance day at tire class. They eventually take the car back and look at it. Amazingly they found the problem. One of the straps for the tire sensors they put on came loose causing the problem. We leave again. Drives good for 1 day and it back to the same problem. These guys do not stand behind their product. They make every excuse that its not their fault. There were 3 other people complaing of their new tires while we were there. Very unprofessional staff. So if you want a cheap set of wheels and tires that will make your smooth riding vehicle rattle like a baby toy then I suggest you take your car here.
