I would give a negative rating, but it was not available. Barbara, owner, is extremely rude and condescending. I called a day in advance to cancel and she said this did not meet her 24 hr cancellation policy. I was 3 hours off from her policy requirements. I was a first time customer and I had no idea how strict the cancellation policy was. I assumed like all other spa's that when they say call 24 hours in advance they mean a day. I explained this to Barbara and she acted as if a day and 24 hours are not the same. This was so ridiculous!!! I cannot believe how she did not see the connection. I lost a credit from the 3 massage package I bought. I told her I would not be back and she didn't care to lose my business. ***LEARN FROM MY EXPERIENCE; IF YOU EVER HAVE A PROBLEM AT THIS PLACE THEY WILL DO NOTHING TO FIX IT*** more
