I'm reviewing Dale, the owner and her daughter. My fiance ordered 300 chocolate pretzels to be decorated in pink for our wedding. When she arrived to get them they were done incorrectly with white. Daughter said no they were supposed to be white. mom says, no pink is correct.They both told my fiance(who doesn't upset easily) you will have to take them(wrong) or come back later next week, we're out of chocolate. They both were ignorant and demeaning to her as if she was in the wrong. Will never do business there. Never apologized. We needed them right and on time. We were going to do more with them and their delayed schedule was too late. Never admitted they made a mistake. Just argued with her and treated her downright poorly.
