Thanks so much for everything. The network was down. Access to the server and the internet were down. You had to troubleshoot and discovered the switch had to be replaced. Also, cables/connections were not labelled properly. You fixed that. Now every device is working. You also were working under time constraints, as we are an accounting firm with deadlines due in two days. Time was of the essence and you came out short notice on a Saturday!
