We believe the owner of this franchise/outlet is extremely unethical as he sold our $10k spa (which he held from a move) out from underneath us with out any contract or consent. He never contacted to tell us he had sold our spa-- he said after the fact he assumed we we're ""just walking away from it"" when we specifically told him that we just needed to move it from the home and that we we're interested in a potential consignment sale or reinstalling it at a new residence. He's offering us $500 as a settlement. We are currently going to small claims against this individual. Cynthia P.
