I wish I could be more positive, because they're nice in a ""grumpy old men"" sort of way, and I think they know mowers. However, B&B ""fixed"" my 2 year old (charged 'cause just out of warranty) Toro's transmission. Trans broke again after three mowings. B&B kept it 2 weeks before looking at it, asked another $130. When I decided to replace instead with a different brand, not the Toros B&B sells, they tried to charge me a fee for them to keep (and probably part out) the old one. However, compared to the mower repair folks at Morgan's Ace Hardware in Woodstock, B&B are absolute peaches.
