I bought a used maytag dryer off craigslist and while it worked perfectly it had a painfully loud buzzer that would go off when it was done drying. I called Diamond and asked to come by and disconnect the buzzer. He was on time, explained what he was going to do, took 20 minutes or so, completely fixed the problem, and charged a reasonable rate.
