To be honest this isn't fresh and crisp. It doesn't have shine and polish of a corporate hotel - and that's what I liked. So the sheets were not stiff starched and the place didn't smell like commercial deodorizer, and if that's your thing, don't consider this place. If what you want is a comfortable room, with the expected in room amenities - that sort of feels like crashing in on your 2nd cousin - this is the place.
