I have had the pleasure of working with Jessica and her outstanding team at State Farm for 5 years. I must admit I was not thrilled when my previous agent retired and my policies were moved to someone I didn't know and more importantly someone who didn't know me. When I moved to the area in 2005, I met with several agents before moving my policies and felt comfortable with the decision. I was skeptical when I received a call from their office asking when I had time to come in and meet with the new agent to review my policies. This translated to ""come in so we can sell you more"" in my mind, but I thought I better at least meet the agent. I was pleasantly surprised that Jessica didn't attempt to sell anything and was truly seeking to
understand my family's needs.
I have since added policies for my increased needs but never once felt pressured. I recently filed my first claim with her office and it was
handled lawlessly. I would commend Jessica and her knowledgeable staff to anyone looking for a positive change in their insurance provider!
