I had my car into P & I Automotive for a check engine light. Bob told me it would be taken care of in 1 day. It has been back there 5 times already with continued check engine light. Found out that Drew is the P of P & I Automotive & separated from Bob a while ago. Took my car to him at his new location & now problem has been solved once and for all without the aggravation of Bob's rudeness. Drew made the best move going to this neat, clean, courteous shop & Drew has always done right by me. Greg, Joe & Drew are wonderful and very courteous. They were open to every need & understood my concerns. I highly recommend then new location which Drew found. P & I Automotive didn't make it right for this customer and I would not go back there again. I would highly recommend Greg's Automotive which has excellent technology, are courteous and understand your needs. Drew has worked on my cars for a very long time & I am sorry to see the breakup between he & Bob. I need to have my car fixed right & need to make the best decision.
