I would not use this Tilte Company to do any business with. They do not follow through with the distribution of the Settlement Statement Closings to see if the money is distributed properly. And when you call them out of concern, they were not even willing to work with me or call me back. I would check closely if you are a notary before you take any assignments thatinvolve them and Performance closings.
