Dave Schiller has been my agent since I got my driver's license 23 years ago (drivers + car insurance). Over the past 13 years, as the value of my Acura has decreased, Dave's office has provided guidance in making changes to my coverage along the way. As a result, I only pay for coverage I need and from which I will benefit. I appreciate this help, and because of it I feel they have my best interest in mind.
My parents have been clients for much longer than I have. They also have homeowners (and whatever else) with Dave's office. I won't speak for them, but I can't recall ever hearing a complaint from either of my parents.
Dave has also been helpful with temporary insurance for rental cars, providing info on other forms of insurance (over the phone and by sending material in a timely manner), and I just called to request renter's insurance.
Every intention of keeping my business here.
