I rarely talk negative about people. But this company deserves negative publicity.
Avoid them at all cost.
I have been a tenant for Beachlane for 1 year. The apartment I moved into turned out to be roach infested, water pipes broke through the ceiling, and it had a non-working stove. The problem was that they would reluctantly respond to repair requests made by me, sometimes delaying jobs for several months and being confrontational.
This never made sense because I was paying a very high rent; I was not a rent stabilized tenant. Their attitude towards me was never charming and they never made me feel welcome.
Asides from the attitude the building stank everyday.
