The staff is knowledgeable. Their staff is also, with very little exception, pretentious, uninterested in the customers, at times hostile, and very rude. I will continue to shop their for the positive reasons, and it being such a great presence in Land Park. I hope someday that they will get a grip on their customer service. I would really like to leave the score feeling better about humanity, AND gardening, instead of just my gardening plans.
