I've been an occasional customer here for about a year. They do a nice job but expensive! I could put up with that but I really disliked the attitude and lecturing I received when I accidentally violated their unspoken unwritten policies regarding dog drop off times.
Very poor understanding of what it means to be in a customer service business.
I won't go back.
