From the first moment I walked into River Oaks, I was greeted professionally by Yves Dupiche. Who in turn showed me the vast selection of new vehicles to choose from. I purchased a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 that was EXACTLY what I was looking for. I was taken to Peter Koempel (Finance Director), who I was VERY impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. I have taken my truck into the Service Department 3 times, each has been perfect. They have an ""Express Lube"" center that got me in and out in less than 20 minutes--Wow! (not once, but twice)I was IMPRESSED! Sean Potter helped me in the main Service shop for a minor Recall. He was the most professional Service person I have ever dealt with in 30+ years of driving. I would HIGHLY suggest this dealership to anyone in the Houston area. I have tried others in the past, but now I know where I will go from now on. Keep up the OUTSTANDING Service!
